Wild Hearts: Zoolunteer Experience
On 19 July 2026, we visited Zoo Melaka and participated in the Zoolunteer Programme, where we gained hands-on experience in animal care while developing a deeper understanding of wildlife conservation and responsibility towards living beings.

Guided by the zoo staff, we assisted with tasks such as cleaning animal enclosures, maintaining habitats, and supporting basic animal care activities. Although these tasks may seem simple, they play an essential role in ensuring the animals’ health and well-being. Through this experience, we learned that wildlife conservation requires not only knowledge, but also patience, responsibility, and continuous dedication.
